Happy New Year!

Welcome 2008...We enjoyed the last part of the year by going to Festival of Lights at the Wild Animal Park, the Zoo with some friends and of course, enjoyed some Charger football. Quinn is a huge fan and loves to carry around his LT doll with him on game day. He will clap, cheer and run around with his football in the backyard all day long if you let him. Have a great New Year!

When will Santa be back?

After all of the excitement Christmas brings-the visits from friends, family and neighbors- Quinn was looking out our window wondering how soon Santa and Nana can be back to bring more fun with them. He was thrilled by a visit from Brent's cousin, Jason and his wife, Alana. It was a blast for Quinn to meet with second cousin and hear funny childhood stories.

Christmas Eve and Christmas day fun with family and friends!

Christmas Eve started out with a backyard playdate with Quinn's best buddy, Kaede. They waited for Santa's arrival by eating goldfish, bananas and enjoyed a lovely San Diego sunny day. Quinn read his Christmas books to get prepared for Santa's arrival and kill some time before Christmas Eve Mass. Of course, then home to open gifts. Daddy bought Quinn his first remote control Fire Engine- wow is that thing loud and fun! Santa was very kind and generous and Quinn loved all of his gifts, thank you all very much!

Quinn's Holiday visit to Washington and Oregon

Brent,Quinn and I went to Washington and Oregon to see some friends, family and to go to his work Christmas party. Quinn had a great time in Washington, looking out the hotel room window to the action, lights and Christmas trees all around the beautiful hotel as well as meeting his new friends, Joy and Silas Moreau. In Portland, Quinn had a wonderful visit with his favorite cousins, Kylie and Lauren. They were able to play at Nana's together, go out like big kids and eat lunch and even had a visit from Santa! As you can see, Quinn is pretty much telling Santa how to run the show here - thanks for the tractor and the early visit Santa!

Quinn put the first ornament on the tree today and was quite the excited helper in getting the house all ready for Christmas. He was even trying to stand on the ladder to help with the high ornaments...such a dare devil. Have a great Holiday season!

Here is Quinn showing off his Shamu toy during a recent bath. Then Quinn snoozing with his favorite book he takes to bed every night, Goodnight Moon, opened to his favorite page. He falls asleep with that book in his crib nightly. Sleep well! Good night red balloon.....

Quinn the swimmer

Quinn loves swimming with his friends. He has been doing it since he was 7 months old and now can jump off floating docks and swim under water by himself.

Happy Halloween!

Quinn had a great time at his gymboree party dressed like a dragon, with his friends the cow and the princess. He later dressed like Chewbacca for neighborhood trick or treating.

Pumpkin Patch and grandparents visit

Quinn and his friends went to Pumpkin Station to try out the rides, pick out pumpkins and share in the holiday fun together. He had a great time visiting with his Montana grandparents. As you might notice Quinn loves to be loved and is not shy about sharing a kiss or a hug with family and friends. Cheers!
