Karate...

So we thought we would try it out. Since there is a class within walking distance of the house and Quinn went in yesterday and lit up when he saw the big boys on the floor in front of the mirror- kicking, shouting and "doing cot-ee" as he says. He got his uniform and was excited! So,today we all walked down for class.

I think the first photo pretty much says it all... lets just say there is a large difference between age 2 and almost being 3 (ahem...)

We are going again for the second class to just "test the waters" again and then we will make the decision... at the very least it was worth a good photo opportunity, right?

The teacher, after saying, "wow what a fireball" said we could try again in a few months when he might like to be more part of the group... we will see. Let's be honest- if you have met Quinn you know that the group will probably have to come to him... besides they were all serious three year old girls and all he wanted to do was show off in front of the mirror, doing air punches and "cot-ee" kicks. Ah, such a fun and never boring boy.
