Yummy rice cereal...

So with Crosby almost turning five months old, it was well time he started rice cereal. So, this is his first week of eating it and he is ready to eat it for every milk in addition to milk as he is the hungriest guy ever! Quinn was awesome with helping to feed his little brother and now loves to get up and have orange juice and sing to his brother while we shovel the cereal into his face every morning..:) such a ham for the camera- really just a ham in general and yes, I realize that one of the photos looks like a mug shot or a passport photo... :)

Time flies, boys are getting bigger and we are moving onward and upward. Besides the start of cereal for little Crosby, we celebrated his 5 month birthday by taking the boys on a train ride up the coast to the Anaheim Angels/Padres game. It was a fun trip and such a gorgeous one all along the ocean on the surf liner train the whole way up. Quinn kept yelling, "all aboard" and making train sounds. The fact you could sit at a table and eat on the train was wonderful to him. Although the Padres lost, the seats were amazing and we, as a family, ate enough french fries to last us a whole year... Quinn did not leave Anaheim with a rally monkey but it was not for lack of trying, he left with some baseball cards and was yelling, "home run Tori Hunter!" the whole time... such a good Padres fan..;) cheers to baseball, trains and 5 month old boys...

you can also check out Quinn and his friend Josie and their silliness on her blog as well:

It was a busy weekend since Quinn did also have to get another hair trim (not cut, just trim...:) and had a super fun birthday party at the local park and water park Saturday- a big happy birthday to his 3year old buddies now...less than a month and he will be celebrating his too! :(
