Merry Christmas, Hello Montana!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! This year the 4 of us descended upon Northern Montana, Libby, specifically and had some snow and family fun! Aunt Heather and Uncle Donnie joined us at Grandma Carole Anne and Papa Dave's house. There was plenty of playing in the snow,snow angels,and living in a "real life snow globe" as Quinn told me. While Quinn got into the sledding, Crosby was all about eating the snow- literally- spent most of his time eating the snow. I think he was stunned he was able just pick something up off the ground and put it in his mouth for once...:) They played on the tree swing (yes, in the snow) and built a snow man with Papa Dave. Quinn and Brent created a mean sledding hill and had a blast on it. Crosby would yell, "again, again" when he would get to the end of the sledding hill. Of course, Another huge hit was Brent's old Star Wars toys from when he was a little boy. How could we even do Christmas gifts afterwards? Quinn got a real train set from Uncle Donnie and both boys got plenty of goods, thanks Santa. Santa, magically, also left a bike for Quinn and a scooter for Crosby under the tree in San Diego as well. The boys loved spending time in the jammies watching the snow fall and watching Toy Story 3 with Grandma. The boys got their first experience of pizza at the Red Dog and had fun visiting more of the Montana family up at the Bear home family cabins, where they enjoyed snow ball fights and hot cocoa with marshmallows. Crosby also enjoyed the delish Christmas dessert Aunt Heather made and yes, post bath Crosby tried to dine naked ;) Happy Holidays!!
