Legoland here we come!

OK, so you might think living in San Diego and being able to go to any theme park around here any time, why would we go in the middle of summer tourist time when we could go in the fall with no crowds... but, why be that practical? :) Truth is, our friend Nicole was so great and generous to give us her tickets (thanks a ton Nicole!) and I mentioned in front of Quinn we could go sometime. Of course, sometime turned into the first possible time Brent had a morning available. We pretty much hit all areas of the park where Quinn could ride, play, get wet, jump around and have fun. Of course, Crosby was a great little trooper and just slept and smiled through the whole time. He loved seeing the giant Lego statues and of course all of the music and water displays. My favorite photo is the one of the two silly guys waiting in line for the Lego land safari boat ride- so cute right? I also must say that Quinn went on his first "real" roller coaster- the "coastersauras"- obviously a dino themed roller coaster. He was hilarious- not scared a bit and was screaming "you go faster dino!" the whole time and was grinning from ear to ear. His only complaint, besides (waiting in line) was all the rides did not last longer, go higher or faster. Of course, he had to battle with Lego Darth Vader and had to kiss R2D2 as well as get his knight hat, sword and shield to protect us on the way out of the park....
Looking forward to another trip there- but not too soon. Cheers to Legoland..
