Friendship Soup and Happy Thanksgiving

This past Friday, Quinn had a "Friendship Soup" celebration at his school. This is where everyone bring ingredients and the whole class makes a soup and all of the families have soup, cornbread and pumpkin pie together and afterwards the class sings us their four favorite Thanksgiving songs. I was lucky enough to get to volunteer on Monday so I was able to hear the rehearsals ;) but, nothing was a great as the actual day. We started the meal out with a lovely blessing the kids had rehearsed and sing every day before their snack time, hence the Quinn "peaceful praying" pose. Crosby fully made himself at home, taking food off people's plates, trying to sing along with the class, and sitting in the reading corner and acting like he belonged in the 4 year old room ;) Thanks for having us there, Quinn.
